THIS ONE WAS FUN AND FULL OF JOY

THEY DID IT THEIR OWN WAY.

That’s what I loved about this Devon wedding, they didn’t feel the need to follow tradition. They just kept it down to earth, and had a theme of ‘meadow magic’, in which guests had to dress accordingly.

One guest had a mushroom hat, whilst another had wings on her back. I heard that there was a WhatsApp group for the guests to discuss outfits!

This wedding in Devon was outdoors, with haybales and blankets for the guests. Tick.

They had loads of games, including a tombola during the ceremony. Tick.

The wedding was full of colour everywhere, with the clothes, and with blankets, and massive papier mache daisies. My editing style involves lots of colour, so this wedding spoke to me. Tick.

And they had the guests all sing together: ‘That’s amore!’ I’ve never seen so much joy before, it was so uplifting. There was even a face painting stand too.
