Your email address and/or telephone number will be used by me to correspond with you about the event you have hired me for. For weddings, I will use your postal address to send you material relating to your wedding photography purchase e.g., wedding photos.

Data entered by you on any of my booking forms and wedding questionnaire forms use Machform software and are accessed by myself via a 2-step verification password system. The completed forms are stored in my own MySQL database and will never be sent to other servers by MachForm. Machform do not host any of the data entered on the forms nor do not have any access to it. The forms you complete are also saved on hard drives which are accessed by myself only. Booking forms and pre-wedding questionnaire forms are kept on hard drives indefinitely incase of correspondence with you about the wedding in future years. Forms you have filled in will not be kept by me when my business no longer operates. You may request your personal information be deleted at any time.

I will not directly pass on your information to third parties.

I use Zenfolio to host client galleries, which the client accesses using a password. Zenfolio may receive the information that you provide to them, such as name, email, and postal address when registering and/or when purchasing prints through the gallery. That data resides on secure corporate servers in the U.S. The data that you enter when ordering prints is passed on to the printing laboratory, via Zenfolio, for the purpose of sending you prints.
